This notice explains the cookies EnvoyEngage and its apps, including VendorApp, set in your browser. We use cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies we use
- Authentication / session — keep you signed in and maintain your session securely. Without these, the Service cannot function.
- Impersonation — a short-lived, signed cookie used when an administrator views the Service as another user, with the action recorded in the audit log.
- Embedded admin (Zendesk) — when the admin runs inside Zendesk, a partitioned cookie keeps your session scoped to that embedded context. It is keyed to the embedding site and not shared elsewhere.
Third-party cookies
When you use the admin embedded inside Zendesk, Zendesk’s own cookies may be present in that interface; those are governed by Zendesk’s policies.
Managing cookies
Because our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in or using the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
