RCS Messaging Terms
Last updated September 15, 2026
These terms govern the RCS messaging program operated by Envoy Studios, Inc. (“Envoy,” “we,” “us”) through its verified RCS sender. They are in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. The program
Envoy uses RCS (Rich Communication Services) to answer customer support enquiries. Messages are conversational replies from our support team about a conversation you started with us. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this sender.
2. How you join
You join by messaging us first. Every conversation is started by the customer: you tap Message us on our website or in our help center, or otherwise send a message to our verified Envoy sender, and that first message is your consent to receive replies. Envoy does not message a number that has not written to us, and we do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation you start. You will typically receive a confirmation message and then replies from our support team while your enquiry is open. We do not send recurring or scheduled messages.
4. Cost
Envoy does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
5. Stopping messages
Reply STOP at any time to end messaging. We will send one confirmation and nothing after it. UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, and CANCEL work the same way. To start again, reply START — only you can resume messaging, and Envoy cannot re-subscribe your number.
6. Getting help
Reply HELP for information about this program and how to reach us. You can also email jakub@goenvoy.co at any time, including if your device or carrier does not support RCS.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device, your carrier, and your network connection.
8. Privacy
What we collect from these conversations, why, and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy. Messages are handled by our support team and the systems listed in our Sub-processors.
